British Care Services


British Care Services is a British business, owned by an ex UK Residential Home owner. Who now lives in southern Spain, our Head Office based in Sotogrande. With over 20 years experience in the UK care industry, we aim to provide a unique service of care that mirrors the care standards set out by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) UK which includes all policies and procedures for good practice. We aim to provide an unparalleled level of care to British Nationals and other nationalities using mainly British Care Services Staff with the UK legal requirement qualification set by the CQC. (This organisation regulates home Care Services, Hospitals, Residential Homes and GP practices in the UK) To ensure our credibility Kind Care and our subsidiary, British Care Services is a member of the following organisations:

Our Aim


To provide unparalleled levels of home care for all ages with a person centred approach and tailored to meet the needs of each client, delivered by staff who hold the UK minimum care qualification as set out by the CQC. We wish to enable clients young and old to remain in their homes longer, keeping to their routine, familiar surroundings and remaining close to family. This means they can enjoy the moments that matter while giving their loved ones the freedom of worry that the person they care about is in safe hands with the most suitable and reliable care package in place. Our Team

The team at ‘British Care Services’ and ‘Kind Care’ is comprised of mainly British Staff with British Care Qualifications All our staff go through a rigorous identity and criminal records check and are interviewed in person. This process enables us to assess their values, character and to go through each CV and to obtain genuine references. All our Carers hold the minimum care qualification required in the UK (Care Certificate). This qualification covers the following:

The more experienced care staff hold NVQ 2 or 3 in care or The Diploma in Health and Social Care.


Standards and Legislation
Standards help with consistency and ensure a high level of quality when providing care and support. We work using the UK guidelines in legislation using policies and procedures that meet all the regulatory guidelines for good practice.
